"This location is super convenient and it is only 5 mins away St Mark Square. Because we had a morning flight and when we arrived at the hotel was only 12pm, the check in time suppose to be after 2pm. The reception told us our room is ready which is perfect! We can dropped off our luggage and have extra time to walk around in the city. The staffs are professional and super friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel on the future."

"I really enjoyed this hotel. The room was very nicely organized and homey. The room included little snacks which is lovely. The breakfast is very good and includes options for vegans. It is also well located, close to a metro stop and a short walk to shopping. The best part of the hotel is the welcoming staff. This is a great spot for a short visit or a long visit. I would have liked to stay longer. Thank you!"

"The staff and lobby were very inviting. We were able to get drinks and pizza when we arrived. The facility was clean and tidy. The staff called a taxi for us to get to the airport - fairy cheap. Three things that were negatives for us but could be fixed if staying for more than one night: 1) the bed only had a top sheet on it and which moved a lot while sleeping. At times I was sleeping on the mattress itself. 2) The mattress was not very comfortable but did the job for just a few hours of...

Needed to get past the guard shack to get in, but just use the top secret password “Smart Hotel” :-) We just needed an overnight stay between arriving on the train and leaving on a ferry, so it was very convenient. We laughed at the “view” from our “patio”. "Beautiful hotel. Great location. Lovely staff. It’s not the quietest, partly because of the location and some noise travels between rooms too. There was a rooftop bar but we couldn’t get a table to sit up there despite being guests. I would recommend staying here though. The building is stunning and staff were wonderful. "
