"Made our reservations in January for concert on memorial day weekend saturday and paid in full in advance. We arrived at 3:30pm. The concert was to start at 5:45pm. Granted it was a concert for george strait. But hotel had ample time to have staff in place to handle everything. We were put on a waiting list (at least 49 in front of us) and waited an hour to check in because they were still cleaning rooms, and went to the in house restaurant where we waited 20 minutes to be seated. "When I checked in the computer system assigned me to a room that wasn't cleaned. Had to go back to front desk to get new keys and take everything back upstairs to the new room. Also breakfast hours are only 6an-9am 7 days a week. Watched people come down on Saturday morning just after 9am and try to find something to eat because staff was already removing breakfast items.Can breakfast hrs be extended to 10 am on the weekends?"
