"They did a little extra for our birthday’s so this is much appreciated! Rooms were adequate, but sometimes other guests coming and going were quite loud. No in room coffee unfortunately, but had to go to the reception desk. The toilet was difficult to flush at times and had to hit the button up to 10 times for enough water flow. "This hotel was exceptionally clean. The front desk was very helpful and the room size was massive for what you pay for. The only downside is that it’s literally in the ghetto of Rome. As a couple, we arrived late to the airport and walked to the hotel. It freaked me out so much that we cabbed to and from the hotel after this experience. I wish the hotel was in a better location because it truly was exceptional. "
