The staff is not friendly! The TVs in our rooms were OLD & had a black cloud on half of the screen. The staff at the buffets were RUDE and favored Americans more than Mexicans. Same breakfast items every day. Reservations for dinner were booked every night, the beach was DIRTY. All of the staff throughout the resort looked as if they were mad. The only friendly and nice person that we met, was our housekeeper. I would never return to this resort, even if it was free!

We have traveled to various resorts in Cancun in the past 6 years and i would say by far this is the worst as far as over all service and food. Breakfast had very minimal choices, eating the same thing for 6 days got old. Also the food lacked flavor very bland. Service at the pool bar was the worst i have ever experienced. Only one bar tender and having to wait more than half an hour for a drink at the pool is not i expected. The resort seemed under staffed and it showed on the staff. The only good service we really received was at the Italian, Mexican, and steak restaurants. Facilities where clean but tv where out dated. I would not visit the princess resorts.

The staff was not friendly and the food at all restaurants and buffets had no flavor. The hotel staff took money from my safe. The bartenders offered to serve minors as long as they were given tips. They did not pay attention to the minor colored bracelets. The pools and resort was well taken care of though. Clean
