"Lovely hotel in a fantastic location with easy walking distance to main attractions and the station. The room itself was nicely decorated with comfortable beds and a nice view from our window too. Breakfast was great. Everything was fresh and tasted good. The hotel was a bit pricey but to be expected for the location. "

"The hotel and all the staff was excellent. I'd definitely recommend staying. The standard double room wasn't large but felt lovely and the high ceilings made it feel special. The decor was clean and updated although as the internal ensuite bathroom had a non functional fan I've marked it down a little. Our room's window looked out to a back street with an ok city scape that was only spoilt by the ubiquitous air conditioning sounds. Annoying!"

From the time of booking the reception was very responsive, responded to all my questions about our stay in Florence and were just as friendly on our arrival. The room was extremely comfortable and modern. We loved that breakfast was until 12pm each day. "Fabulous hotel close to all proximities. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and famous sites. Cathedral Santa Maria is a 1 min walk, train station 5-7 min walk. All other sites are walking distance - I didn’t have to use a taxi once. The hotel staff is exceptional and making sure your stay is enjoyable."
