The Location of this hotel, 2 blocks of the Duomo, and the attentive staff made the stay in Florence very pleasant. Old fashioned keys and comfortable beds made for a great stay. Steps away from the Duomo and a right or left turns out of the building sent you off to other piazzas and attractions.

Staff are super helpful and nice and breakfast is excellent. You have everything you need for the function of a hotel. Just remind this is an old building with old infrastructure in the old historical area. Do not expect US infrastructure here.

Great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and tired. It doesn’t look like they have done anything to upgrade it since around 1970. For the price I expected a lot more!

Both Costanza and Simone at the front desk helped us out immensely with our questions and a couple of small things like ice and a fork when requested. The room was nice, quiet and dark when needed. The hotel is in a very historic spot related to Dante - you’ll have to look that one up for yourself. It’s also very conveniently located. Loved it!

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find. I liked the size of the room and the window view. The room was nice and spacious with elevator access. The only thing why I didn’t give it 5 stars was the room didn’t have a working AC. Just had to sleep w the window open. Other than that would recommend this location for your stay !

The hotel is super well located! It’s amazing! The staff is so great! They do everything to help you and accommodate you! The rooms are small, but clean except for the bathroom. The shower was mouldy and not super clean and very small. If you are going for the location , yes!! But for comfort and nice room experience, nop .
