We missed our connecting flight due to other flight delays and when I called to notify them that we would be arriving around 2am, they went above and beyond to still greet us with a warm welcome (and man, did we need it!). Our room was a king room with private access to our pool and jacuzzi tub. That was a very nice treat. The staff was GREAT. Shout out to Yazz who helped us to our room at 2am! "Property is well located. Only issue I had was with house keeping. Ask for extra towels for everyday day but won’t get it unless I ask. Never refilled toiletries. Also biggest problem I had was housekeeping kept on taking my room key card. That’s huge for security issues if they’re giving it to somebody outside the property. I had issues with ac because I booked 1 bedroom suite and ac would not cool fast enough. 2 times house keeping took my key card from holder. I even complained about...
