These rooms were atrocious. Friendly staff who helped us choose a better room, but very unkept, broken, tarnished and horrible furniture and property condition. The manager even said the photos posted as advertisement on the site do not look like the property as they use photoshop. I’m very very upset with our stay and everywhere you looked there was chipped tile, wood, smelled musty, or simply just dirty.

Wi-Fi didn’t work in room had to be in the lobby. Frogs are everywhere, I had 3 in my room when I checked in but staff was helpful getting them out. Beautiful property but I would stay closer to the beach next time

My room didn't have wifi. After letting staff know they said they would send a tech out to dlfix never got fixed. Had to pay a grab to take me to a cafe to be able to work. Asked for a cart 3x and they never came had to walk down to lobby with my baby in my arms.

Pictures of rooms and property look new ,updated, and clean . But upon arrival after our 22 hour flight from New York the property looked as if a storm had gone through it and the room was dirty ,toilet cracked , mold , and a stench . Very deceiving.

Ich habe in meinem Leben noch nie ein so schlechtes Hotel gesehen. Die Bilder im Internet sehen komplett anders aus als die Realität. In Wirklichkeit wirkt das Hotel wie aus einem Horrorfilm – alles sieht verlassen und sehr ungepflegt aus. Das Zimmer war extrem schmutzig und überhaupt nicht hygienisch. Unter dem Bett kam sogar eine Ratte hervor, was absolut schockierend war. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Wasser lief aus dem Badezimmer und auch aus der Toilette. Wir haben uns sofort an die Rezeption gewandt und eine Beschwerde abgegeben. Leider hat uns der Mitarbeiter überhaupt nicht geholfen. Er sagte nur immer wieder, dass sich der Hotelname bald ändern wird, weil neue Besitzer kommen würden. Das Hotel war überall dreckig und überhaupt nicht gepflegt. Außerdem haben wir starke Hautreizungen und Juckreiz am Körper bekommen. Wir wollten unser Geld zurückbekommen, aber das wurde uns verweigert. Am Ende mussten wir mitten in der Nacht auschecken, weil wir dort nicht bleiben konnten. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. The pictures online look completely different from the reality. In real life, the hotel looks like something from a horror movie – abandoned and very poorly maintained. The room was extremely dirty and not hygienic at all. A rat even came out from under the bed, which was absolutely shocking. The bathroom was also in terrible condition. Water was leaking from t
