We arrived on March 4th and departed on March 11th. Impeccable customer service from all staff! From the workers in the Excutive Lounge to the Management ( the female manager with the fabulous hair and her beautiful outfits, we loved you!) everyone was so professional. The pools and views are stunning, spotless property. BTS station in front of the hotel, so convent! We walked to lots of areas, such an amazing city with great people. 10/10
