"The rooms could, perhaps, do with an upgrade but it was perfectly adequate for our stay there. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The only thing I would have liked would be a kettle in the room and, maybe, a fridge but mainly the kettle. We were perfectly happy there - it served our purposes."

"Enjoyed the stay. Room was nice and big. Parking lot is laid out really weird, but there was a lot of it. Right near river. Very Clean and price was good. Nothing to do with hotel, but a warning to anyone that stays. The Shirt Shop next door is awful, dont waste your time going in, dirty and messy with old merchandise."

"I confirmed my trip two days before with this site and when I arrived at this hotel it had literally BURNED TO THE GROUND but none of the hotels.com employees knew or believed us. Then they deleted our case number and pretended we never called about the issue. They insisted that they needed to contact the hotel that burned first, as if they would have a working computer or phone. "

"The only issue we had was the elevator broke down the day after we got there. we have health issues and cant climb stairs. However, they moved use to the first floor quickly and without hesitation. The staff even helped us move our things."
