"We had a wonderful time at the Jazz Hotel, we went as a couple and met up with family who also stayed at the Jazz and had a wheelchair, ramp to assist and left available to take you to room. Cleanliness is excellent, reception staff are absolutely amazing cannot do enough for you. Restaurant and bar staff also fantastic and always smiling. Excellent breakfast lots of choice. We had a car when checking in, however, returned the vehicle before the end of our stay. "DO NOT BOOK! I booked this property months in advance and less than 24 hours before I was due to arrive, they moved me to a neighbouring hotel. The hotel they moved me to had lesser facilities, was a French and Italian speaking hotel and was very dated. I visited Janna e Sole to ask what had happened and if they could move me back to where I originally booked, they were rude and dismissive. I asked if I could have at least have a refund for the price difference as the hotel they had moved me to...

"We loved this hotel! From the moment you walk into the lobby you are impressed with the views. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable had an amazing view of the ocean and the pool. Beach loungers with umbrellas! Super big and cozy beach towels. The restaurant and Pool bar were fabulous with great variety of drinks and local cuisine. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. "
