Great place to stay with very nice pool area and private beach close by. Parking was however difficult, too many cars and too little spaces. Very friendly staff m, beach is small but with free umbrella and beds and with a nice beach bar. A car is required to get to the nearest town / restaurants.

Great location and panorama view, perfect to reach all important spots of Costa Smeralda. Simple but comfortable rooms. Lovely pool open till night, which is perfect! Nice and convenient restaurant. Private beach available, not very beautiful but still enjoyable, and with excursions to see dolphins. Overall good value for money!

Room and bathroom is big, balcony also. Great sea view but not in the beach, walk around 0.4ml. Beach is small but good for swimming and snorkeling. Sea is warm and clean. Very loud at night, every day is dancing and karaoke, not possible to sleep till midnight or later at all.

Room was clean, although the safe never worked, reported 3 times, TV worked intermittently, reported 3 times. Cleaners were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was a good choice, never had lunch or evening meal. Booked the hotel last minute due to original hotel cancellation last minute, wasn’t told about the hotel club which would have given us deals on the restaurant. Can’t pay catch at the bar, need to top up a hotel card with cash only yet the hotel beach bar you can bay by cash, card or the top up card.the one Beach bar toilet had a broken loose seat, some beds and most of the umbrellas need repair and this is early June at the start of the season. Nothing around the hotel shops or restaurants so you need to use the most expensive taxis in the world… booked a seven day stay and left after 3 days. Will NOT return.

Old mattress, uncomfortable

The hotel is in a quiet spot, and has some good features. The mattresses are very old , so you can feel every spring. Breakfast costs 10€ per person. Lunch 35€ and dinner 45€ . Quite steep for Italy. Water was also very expensive.

Place was great, staff was awesome, location was unfortunately just a bit too inaccessible, if you are driving then no problem at all definitely a great option for the price. We had a car when checking in, however, returned the vehicle before the end of our stay. Don’t trust google maps on this one, it is not accessible by local transit and taxis are 45-60 euros from town each way.

Quite sure one can find more and better anywhere else. Even by the already low Italian standards, this hotel is way sub par. Zero customer care, non existing guests support, offensive and unacceptable accommodations, regardless of platinum status… carelessness borderline arrogance is business as usual in this place. Out on a hill, very badly connected and served, however the location and landscape is quite nice. Facilities are well kept and decent.

If you dont have a car dont go. To nearest shop more than 5 km. If You dont eat breakfast You will drink Your first coffee at 10a.m. You can not use yours credit or debits cards. You have to pay 10€ in cach for their pre paid card and top up . Than you can pay for drinks or food in the hotel. Pool was amazing. Clean nice room with a piece of sea view. Nearest beach small but beautifull.

Lets start with the non existing shuttle they offer. Wrote an email never got an answer. Called them, same thing. We were stuck at midnight at the airport for 45 mins waiting for a taxi that cost 60 euros for a 15 min ride. We also had to pay 40 euros for the ride back. The rooms are very outdated and the AC filters have probably never been cleaned, i got sick after the first night. The shower drain clogs so you have to shower with your feet in a puddle. They charge for beach towels and almost everything you need. Transport is very limited in this area, you will need to rent a scooter or car which are both pretty expensive during the high season. Thankfully, the private beach was amazing and SOS Aranzos beach is located just 5 mins away, which saved our trip. The pool is also nice. Overall ok experience for a hotel in the middle of nowhere with non exisiting WIFI. Very pricey for what they have to offer.
