"You will not find anywhere better than what you will have it at the Grand. Luis, Mauro, Alexander, Ruben, and Antonio were our Butlers. Amazing. Christian was our server every day at the buffet and remembered our preferences and had them without asking. Armando who barbecued at the pool every day was such a good guy and was such a nice treat at the pool. Jorge was great at the front and helped with transportation anywhere we needed. "I liked the friendly and respecfull staff in the hotel, they always had a smile. What i did not like was that it was very dificult to get a reservation on the hotels restaurants and also that some of the equipment in the gym was not working properly, but ovearall it was a great experience. "

"Pros: Food is amazing!! Property feels safe, tranquil and very relaxing. Cenote room is private and very unique. Grounds are fun to walk and well taken care of. The spa was nice even if you don’t pay for a treatment. Cons: Room could’ve been cleaner. No dinning options with A/C. Facilities are showing age. Beach not good; rocks hiding underwater. Gift shop wants $37 dollars for a normal sized sunscreen. I went across the street and got two for $34. "

"The customer service by the pool and restaurants are top notch amazing. Everyone so friendly and attentive. Pascual and his crew at the Spoon buffet were amazing. The ladies especially Nidelfia were so kind and always bringing us drinks and making sure we were comfortable. Great service. Beautiful resort. Coming back in December. Loved it. Also they have themes at the pools almost everyday. So even on weekdays you will have a DJ in the pool area so u can never be bored. "
