"what i liked about the property were, the room was wide and clean. what i did NOT like were the bath room shower floor tile were slippery. when it gets wet it was so slippery, i also noticed the floor shower has NO slope to drain the water, the drain was leveled with the floor, when taking a shower some of the water are getting into the other side. the shower glass wall/door did not help at all to contain the water in the shower area. also the bath lavatory was cracked, although it has no...

"Close to the mall but a little scary walking in the evenings especially near the hotel and further from the mall"

"Me and my companions were expecting that the our room at La Carmela would have a hotel type of amenities. We were assigned to a top floor and and end of the bldg, and so much is lacking in the room, was it because I availed a promo rate thru Expedia? The hotel service, you have to wait for another 24 hrs to get your requested items. Thankful to the front desk who assisted us, she was very accommodating. "

"Pros: I like the staff, helpfulness and their politness. Cons: No lockable safe."

"Rooms were very clean and staff (Joy) was extremely nice and helpful but the corridors (10th floor) smelled like a smoking room. Also yoo many aggressive people loitering in front of the hotel"

"Good place near the Eastwood city. If you have office in Eastwood then this is the best hotel to stay. My office was just 2 mins walk from hotel. There are many nice food places and Robinsons nearby."

"I like the location close to everything. The security guards are very polite to the guests very nice gestures. The man in the reception name quino he made our stay very welcoming. The beds and pillows are comfy. The buildings are not high better for those who has fear of heights. Need a bit of paint on the inside the bathrooms cabinets but all in all very nice hotel. Definitely I will be going back to stay again."
