"Amazing place to stay. Location, walkability and connections to the metro were just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful. Every time I entered or left the hotel, the staff were smiling and always greeted no matter the time of day. I was given a view of the Petronas Twin Towers from my apartment and the hotel even gave me a small gift for my birthday. The rooftop pool was incredible and the 6th floor pool was great too. I also tried out the inhouse Peranakan massage...

There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

Breakfast good lots of options but busy when tour group is there..staff lovely. Some food was cold even though we were there at opening. Need to keep lids closed or on heat.
