Great place to stay for a quick overnight

This is the 2nd time I stayed at the Residence and it was very comfortable, clean, spacious & safe both times. Keep in mind it is a student residence and you will see some wear from previous tenants but overall it is very well kept.

Great value for your money

As far as hotel stays go, I stay here quite frequently. It's good quality for the price I pay, and it attracts families and normal folks. I wouldn't hesitate to return when necessary!

Glad we stayed there, very cozy and quiet. Excellent value and friendly staff who made sure to look after all my needs. The front desk was staffed 24/7. Buses running close by. Just steps from the college campus.

Excellent for the price.

If you prefer a very firm mattress you will have an mzing sleep. It was very clean and felt very safe. The rooms do need a refresh and smart TVs. Faucets are 30+ years old, bathroom for sure is very old. I will stay again 100% because of the safety and price.

Great place for families!

It's important to review a property based on what you paid for it. You can't pay low prices and expect high price quality. The quality was on par with what I paid for the room. The staff is also very friendly, and they do their best to help. I've stayed here in years past, and will continue to stay. It's motel cheap with a slightly higher standard. This place attracts families, and regular folks.

Budget friendly

We were attending a graduation held at the college and being able to stay on campus was convenient and much more budget friendly than a hotel room Our room was clean and comfortable, had 2 bedrooms a bathroom with shower and kitchenette with Full sized refrigerator and microwave, convenient for longer stays but are not equipped with utensils or dishes, so remember to bring your own, and a hot plate for cooking meals. There is a tv in the rooms but service not provided, with the free Wi-Fi you could probably hook up a fire tv or dvd

I don't know if I got lucky or not but the room was extremely good for the price. Clean, quiet, and safe place with easy parking access. Location is also pretty good, not too far from anything major. 9.5/10

Great place to stay. Quieter than most hotels, and reasonably clean. The place is a student residence so its a bit beat up but having two doors to the hallway instead of one really cuts down noise compared to other hotels. Some of the beds are really creaky but at least you have two to choose from.

I was disappointed in the room...was expecting more of a hotel room. This place offered no COFFEE maker..a kitchen that had no amenities what so ever a kitchenette with absolutely nothing...the beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. The toilet seat looked soiled and stained..sure it was clean but didnt look it

It definitely needs upgrading. I understand that it is a student residence but wallpaper peeling, cupboards chipped and looks like water damage. Vertical blinds kept falling off track and a lot of calcium build up around taps. Also mattress was uncomfortable felt well used. I was on 8th floor. Staff friendly and I was able to have use of a hair dryer.

When you arrange to stay at the cheapest accommodations in the town, you’re expectations are low. BUT, in this case the room and staff overly exceeding my expectations! Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and I was able to sleep very comfortably!

Tried to be frugal

Easy check in. Helpful and friendly. Decent price buuuut being 45 I should have realized it’s basically a dorm. Bed was super thin, no boxspring. No smoking on any of the properties but allowed in your car. Make that make sense. Anyways to top it off there was a fire alarm drill @ zero dark stupid, (dramatic it was 7:30ish) then it went off again which was a mistake. Would not recommend to anyone that enjoys comfort.

Comfortable pillows. Beds don’t have proper mattress cover so the sheet just pulls off. Good AC. Nice to have full sized fridge. Rooms are run down with peeling wallpaper, sad shower and base cover. Good price for a cheap stay.
