"The hotel staff is lovely, courteous, and pleasant. However, the internet is unbearable and non-functional. The room is nice but basic, definitely not a five-star experience, perhaps a four at best. Overall, it's pleasant but nothing more than that. The food is exceedingly expensive and doesn't really justify the asking price."

"Location is close to airport. They offer transfer services to and from the airport with stay. Location offers options near by for food. Located short walking distance to ATM, but not walking distance to Robinson Mall. It’s still close enough for you to take a tricycle though. They offer scheduled massages if you book early enough and a decent breakfast with stay. Rooms are okay we had to change rooms because one of our rooms had a mold smell. We were kindly transferred to another room, still had...

"We've been here before so we already knew that the rooms are worn, that there's no WiFi in the room (and in the public areas where there is - it's poor), that the grounds need more attention, and that the public restrooms near the sports desk are disgusting. The boats are also awful, with uncomfortable plastic benches. We returned anyway because the view is spectacular, the pools are fantastic, and the food at the restaurant is OK and reasonably-priced. Having no other such island resort option...
