"The shuttle service from/to the airport was reliable & quick. Would have been nice for the breakfast service to start at 5:30a instead of 6a. Anyone needing the 6a shuttle to O’Hare did not have a chance for breakfast. "

"Location is excellent and walkable. Parking is expensive at $79 a night however so is parking everywhere in Chicago. Walls are pretty thin, you can hear a lot through them. Continental breakfast and complimentary cocktails in the evening were great. Rooms and property are all very clean and well maintained. Would stay again "

"The extra space in the room with kitchenette was fantastic for our ladies weekend. Lots of vanity space and separate toilet made for easy sharing. Classic hotel, beautiful old building. The breakfast is excellent "

"Parking lot a little confusing at times but a convenient place for us to stay and good service, clean rooms and quiet the times we’ve stayed. "

"Property was centrally located, close to the red line. Breakfast offered a variety of options. A small service request was promptly attended to. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel on either end of our stay (we arrived very early on one day, and left late on another). No complaints! "
