"Our stay was during the wildfires which was tragic. However I have encountered such a professional staff. They were kind, attentive and worked around the clock for guests, although their beautiful town was destroyed before our eyes. There was enough food for guests, charging stations and a lot of helpful information communicated throughout our stay. I blasted the heater and put a towel under the door but there was still cold air coming in through the hallways. Don’t understand why be so wasteful. I had to put on layers to sleep and my face was frozen every day."
