"There was a lot of noise due to construction going on around the property. The building is old and needs a lot of renovations done. The cleaning crew often didn’t leave shower mats, washcloths or replace our coffee. "

"Everything was great. Breakfast was also great. The complaint i have was i bought an upgraded room with a ocean view. When i got there i did not get the ocean view. When i spoke to the front desk they changed my room to an ocean view but a smaller room and still paid for the upgraded room. "

"Our stay was during the wildfires which was tragic. However I have encountered such a professional staff. They were kind, attentive and worked around the clock for guests, although their beautiful town was destroyed before our eyes. There was enough food for guests, charging stations and a lot of helpful information communicated throughout our stay. "Great property and location"

"This is a very old hotel. It's not fancy inside and the rooms are very basic. The water pressure is very strong, however, making for a very nice shower experience. There is a coffee shop on the first level that is not too bad. Parking is difficult here because there really is none and you have to valet at about $50 a day."
