"From the moment we checked in. Javier was great. Room was exactly as advertised. Perfect location. Any direction we chose to walk was something lovely of Madrid to discover. All our tours or dinners to rooftops were walkable. It definitely felt like we were in Times Square but our room faced the street and the windows and blinds muted the street at bedtime. Overall would highly recommend "

"Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location."
