" In my experience, an excellent place to stay was a trip to visit my family and spend time with them. However, one of my family members was not feeling well, and the hotel staff was amazing in helping us. The service was excellent, the room was amazing, and it was very clean. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I am grateful for the excellent service provided by the hotel."

"The hotel was everything you could ask for in an airport hotel - room was reasonably priced and very conveniently located within 5 miles of the Bogota airport. Service was efficient (if not the friendliest). My only complaint was that the AC did not work really well and it was noisy as well."

"Hotel is currently under construction that was moderately disruptive. Plus the property next door was under construction and they used a VERY loud pile driver all day that was right outside my window. Thursday night was some kind of party with a band and amateur fireworks that kept me up. Hotel restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast buffet also terrific. Probably 2 dozen restaurants within walking distance as was the very long and very safe malecon. Felt very safe in the area. "

"Sonesta Cali is a good hotel, always love the service and hospitality. The breakfast is another level really nice and good options. They do lack more seating but you have to reserve your table with an item or else you wont get a table and its confusing if you get up for food etc. But loving this hotel always "
