This hotel is perfection. Leyla and the staff are so welcoming, gracious and accommodating. Anything we needed, Leyla was more than happy to comply. The view from our room was beautiful. The entire ambiance of the hotel was very zen. Highly recommend.

Excelente Local, tudo maravilhoso.

Muito incrível todo o local, excelente atendimento com todos que trabalham ali, sempre prezam muito pela educação e atenção ao hospede. Estava em lua de mel, e foi tudo muito bom. Tivemos um probleminha com nosso quarto, mas foi tudo solucionado da melhor forma possivel. Recomendo esse local pra quem quer um local calmo, com bom atendimento.

Infelizmente ficamos pouco tempo. Um lugar de paz para esquecer o mundo lá fora, com uma decoração inspiradora e que respira vida. O quarto sensacional com uma banheira imensa!! A piscina é muito gostosa. A receptividade da Leila e das outras funcionárias deixa muitos hotéis 5 estrelas para trás. O ponto fraco é o café da manhã, que é pouco e não tão delicioso. Ah! Importante falar: a praia a frente do hotel é de pedras e não é banhavel, então não venha contando com ela. A praia mais perto necessita de transporte. Quanto a distância, é necessário transporte para ir a qualquer lugar (COP 30.000 em média), inclusive para as praias. Sugiro que alugue um Mule para economizar ou então venha preparado. Há poucas tomadas no quarto e as que tem não são muito convenientes

Não fosse a gentileza e atenção da equipe, em especial da Leila, a nossa estada teria sido um desastre. O Hotel é bom, próximo ao centro, mas tivemos alguns problemas: paguei pela acomodação mais cara do hotel, com vista para o oceano e cama king size e entretanto recebi um quarto com vista para o telhado da vizinhança e com cama de casal, porque o contratado estava ocupado. O ar condicionado do quarto que nos foi destinado não funcionava a contento e começou a jogar água para dentro do quarto chegando inclusive a queimar a tv. A internet não funcionava e durante toda estada, diariamente tive que usar a franquia do meu pacote de dados.

Casa Hurb foi feita nos mínimos detalhes, se você quer paz esse é o lugar ideal. Beautiful hotel

The hotel is beautiful. It is a little away from town so taxis are needed. But the hotel room, dining area, lobby are all fantastic. The only problem for us was the hotel did not have our reservation even though I paid for it a month ahead of time in hotels.com. I am not sure we got the upgraded room we paid for, and no one was able to find out about a refund for the balance. Other than that everything was quite good.

My partner and I booked a romantic weekend for our 1 year anniversary. Upon check-in, we were informed they could not honor our 2 night reservation because a wedding was booked "nearly a year ago". That was a blessing in disguise, because this hotel was beyond horrible. Our room had a shared balcony with another room, which was not mentioned on the site. Because they kept the drapes open all day, the room baked to oven level temperatures. The internet was so weak that the TV pixelated constantly, and my phone had no internet. The A/C unit was barely operating. It took all afternoon and evening and overnight to almost cool the room to a tolerable level. The toilet took several times to flush. To say the bathroom sink trickled water is generous. To top off the horrible experience, we left for dinner and when we returned, it was obvious that hotel staff entered our room without permission so they could plug items into the outlets in our room. They also turned off the A/C unit which really upset me. There are 2 gems about this place hidden in a pile of garbage. The first is the woman who checked us in and who served our dinner was the most lovely, helpful, kind and professional person. She should be given management authority over the entire hotel. The second was the food was delicious.

This place has all the hype. It’s very well decorated and very clean. The problem is that there is absolutely no concern for service. This is supposed to be the nicest place on the island. And it turned out that we like it the very least. From the check in to check out service was horrible. They need to take some basic lessons and educate them self’s how to treat quests.
