Esta propiedad tiene puntos positivos como las habitaciones aunque pequeñas y sin minibar son cómodas y con lo necesario. Tiene buen aire así que no es caliente en las noches al dormir. El desayuno te lo cobran al momento de la reserva. Es fatal! es un área muy pequeña. No ofrecen mayor variedad de comida. Las bebidas calientes no son calientes, hay que pedir hasta los cubiertos es desorganizado, los jugos son pura agua, en general es pésimo. Y hasta moscas hay en el comedor. La camioneta que va al aeropuerto sale cada hora estándo tan cerca del mismo. No hay demasiada oferta de camionetas blancas para transporte y la única que hay cobra demasiado por el servicio aún cuando sea una distancia muy corta. Comparando con otros hoteles en el área definitivamente el servicio esta muy por debajo. Cuando llegue el cuarto tenía los bombillos fundidos y uno de los últimos días de mi estadía (3) se fue la Luz en varias ocasiones. El servicio de internet es bastante regular. Hay empleados que son poco profesionales y descortés. En general es buen hotel para dormir pero no para comer, transportarse desde ahí y permanecer demasiado en la propiedad porque será muy difícil trabajar desde ahí.

We arrived and was checked in immediately. We went upstairs room was a little warm. We deciced to go have dinner downstairs. Serice for food was horrible. The gentleman took for ever to get to out table. After we flagged him down to take our drink order, we also ordered 2 cesar salads and 2 glasses of water. The cesar salads came before our drinks with a ridiculous amout of croutons on top to the point you couldn't even see the romaine lettuce. We were done eating our salads and still no drinks from the bar or water. He never came back to take our main course. We had to flag someone else done to bring us water and take the remaining of our order. Once the food came out no one came to see if we needed anything else or more drinks. As we were done and wanted a second round. Once again had to find someone else to request a second round. Once the second round came and we finished we sat and waited and waited no one came with a check so we thought it will be charged to our room and we got up and started walking away he came quick to charge us. Top it off i just noticed he added a service charge without my consent. Definitely not booking here again!!

I have stayed at this location about 30 times in last 3 years and quality and service has declined rapidly. This stay was the final nail that will prevent me from staying again. Went to dinner at 8:15pm after flying in, got appetizer at 8:50pm, was cold with no flavor. Asked about meals twice as everyone around was served after arriving after. Finally meal was brought out at 9:40pm as we were getting up to leave. They asked if we would like it in our room they would bring it up. We said okay. We told server room number when we ordered and they obviously forgot. We waited till 10pm and still no food. They finally called and asked if we wanted anything to drink. We cancelled order and ordered pizza. Next day manager came to us to apologize which is great but then told us we were still being charged for 2 juices and appetizer. Offered two free beer or wines in which we don’t drink alcohol so that is disrespectful. Asked to talk to higher management and a guy comes out and I asked if he spoke English he said a little “my friend “ I’m not this man friend I’m a guest. I started explaining situation. He then told my fiancé in Spanish that he wasn’t going to speak to me because he doesn’t understand. Nothing resolved. Still was charged. Manager was completely disrespectful for being in customer service. Breakfast has gone downhill over the stays, one girl was doing everything while managers pretended to work. I won’t recommend this location anymore
