"We were given a room too far away from the front of the hotel.no consideration that we are seniors. The walkway is not at all level and my husband tripped, landed like 6 feet from where he tripped. Landed on his knees, elbows and forehead. We asked for ice and applied it to his forehead. He got dizzy after the fall. We told that they will inform the manager in the morning. "

We were assigned to a top floor and and end of the bldg, and so much is lacking in the room, was it because I availed a promo rate thru Expedia? The hotel service, you have to wait for another 24 hrs to get your requested items. Thankful to the front desk who assisted us, she was very accommodating. "
