"I would normally give this an exceptional rating, but we had a small/large issue with our room. The base of the toilet leaked every time we flushed the toilet! It was luckily never brown or gross looking, but still pretty gross as a principle. Sadly no compensation was offered, just to move rooms. We didn’t definitively notice this was happening until we had already been there a day secondary to thinking my kids were just making a mess with the sink and shower. I was a bit disappointed...

"Overall the property and surrounding area was good and clean. The way to the pool with jacuzzi was a bit weird...had to go to level 2 walk across the hotel and go down a service elevator so it wasnt a direct path. The bed i had definitely felt as though it needed to be changed cause i could start feeling the springs. Overall i would stay again. "

"My daughter and I went to Burbank for work, and I was thrilled to stay at the hotel where Frank's restaurant is. Unfortunately, it was closed down, but we peeked in (it's still used for film shoots) and as a fan of old coffee shops, I was in heaven! The staff was wonderful, and the room was cozy. The location was excellent - and my favourite part was the delicious coffee available any time. Thank you Portofino Inn Burbank!"
