"Simple but tasteful rooms, great location. "

"I would normally give this an exceptional rating, but we had a small/large issue with our room. The base of the toilet leaked every time we flushed the toilet! It was luckily never brown or gross looking, but still pretty gross as a principle. Sadly no compensation was offered, just to move rooms. We didn’t definitively notice this was happening until we had already been there a day secondary to thinking my kids were just making a mess with the sink and shower. I was a bit disappointed...

"Good customer service everyone was friendly and helpful, beds were a little firm not comfortable to sleep, I loved the appliances kitchen, fridge and stove and the two split rooms in one. The free breakfast was really good!"

"When I saw how close it was to the freeway from the satellite view I was concerned that I would hear the freeway in my room while trying to sleep, there must be good quality double pane glass on the window and the concrete of the building must be sufficient, I did not hear a single thing the room was very nice."

"The Courtyard Marriott is my new favorite hotel in Burbank! The food offered at the Bistro was very good, the service is fantastic and the entire staff is friendly and accommodating, esp. Joey!"

"Overall the property and surrounding area was good and clean. The way to the pool with jacuzzi was a bit weird...had to go to level 2 walk across the hotel and go down a service elevator so it wasnt a direct path. The bed i had definitely felt as though it needed to be changed cause i could start feeling the springs. Overall i would stay again. "
