"I stayed for 6 nights at Park Royal, the suite was very comfortable and the hotel was clean and in a very good location for anyone wanting to stay in the Bukit Bintang area. It was also quiet at night, which I really appreciated. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and professional, I would definitely stay again if I ever get another chance to travel to KL. "

"we stay there n they charge we are 20rm for one room。we only 4ppl （3adult 1children 3 1/2year）。they say is govents n tourist fee need too pay。idk why they charge so high。we stay at genting got charge also is 2rm per people n for adult only。i dont know wht is different。really not make sense。we dont want comeback anymore。"

"The suite was a good size but looking a bit tired. The pool is top shealf, good security, access cards to floor and doors. Its a funny set up the office is on the 32nd floor and after the intial meeting in lobby you can not get access to office, everything done over the phone, 200rm deposit lucky we had cash. No hot water the first night , no one showed us the switch for hot water, internet was a hassel, finally got sorted out. Cleaners came at 6.30 pm to service room, we asked them to come back...

"It took 40 minutes to just check in. It was terrible experience for me, and super exhausting after 4-5 train trip from Penang. There were no hand towels, no soaps, no shampoo, and the agent of this room recommended for us the different room which I booked. Is that normal??? Is that a genuine service?? If you cal this your genuine service, I will definitely not use Expedia for booking hotels. This is cheating. Terrible experience. That's it."
