Staff were very accommodating. Stayed at the club premier suite, and its a great space for a family with three young kids. Club lounge and buffet were exceptional, with an assortment of vegetarian options. Great kid-friendly pool as well. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Overall was good in terms of location, clean, shopping was just a footstep away. But downfall was breakfast as it was a vegetarian option only. So breakfast only 1 out of 10.

Rooms were cleaned each day, staff friendly. Breakfast was good . Shopping centre in Hotel & another across road.Pools great & Remember you have a heater button in room for shower or cold showers. Beds are hard, they had a topper but we still needed two more foam toppers on top of them to sleep.

the room was fine.. however please check the entrance door of a bathtub door. i think there was a leak. the carpet was wet. however, we dont want to make a big fuss. one of the aircond not working. the guy came to check. anyway, please check the room and the maintenance of any equipment in the room first before giving ti the tourist. Just to make sure that all tourists are comfortable woth the room. thank you

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay – Already Booked Our Next Trip! We stayed at Berjaya Times Square Hotel for about seven nights, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. The location is one of the best things about this hotel. The shopping mall is right downstairs, so everything you need is conveniently close by. There is an amazing indoor theme park which is fantastic for kids and families, Starbucks, plenty of shops, and so many different food options. Finding food was never a problem at all. The hotel offers buffet breakfast and dinner. The restaurant in the hotel is vegetarian, but there are plenty of halal and other food options available throughout the shopping centre. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. What made our visit even more special was that we were celebrating our anniversary. The staff surprised us with beautiful decorations on our bed and a wonderful anniversary cake. 🎂❤️ It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration even more memorable. We really enjoyed our seven nights here and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The convenience of having the shopping centre, theme park, restaurants and other facilities right downstairs made everything so easy. We loved it so much that I have already booked our next trip to stay here again! I’m genuinely looking forward to coming back. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Berjaya Times Square Hotel for making our stay and anniversary so special. Highly recommend

After a long few days of travel, this hotel was exactly what we needed! The rooms are spacious, the amenties standard, the staff very helpful and pleasant and the buffet breakfast was amazing! Definitely would stay again. Also not too far from the various attractions.
