"A friend recommended that we stay here and we were not disappointed. It was a large modern apartment, rather than a hotel room. Large living room with spectacular views of the city, fully equiped kitchen including washer and dryer, comfortable bedroom, and large bathroom. Location was excellent and walkable to everywhere we needed."

"I stayed for 6 nights at Park Royal, the suite was very comfortable and the hotel was clean and in a very good location for anyone wanting to stay in the Bukit Bintang area. It was also quiet at night, which I really appreciated. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and professional, I would definitely stay again if I ever get another chance to travel to KL. "

"Property looks fabulous. Staffs are very friendly. Few dining option. Need more international dining option. And few more food varieties for late night food for In-room dining menu. Overall Everything was fantastic. Had a lovely time in Ritz-Carlton "

"This is a great property. I had the most wonderful view. Nice and clean. Great location but a bit of a walk to anything. Grab app doesn't work well for the location. Not super close to an lrt station. Still a lovely spot and would highly recommend. Cons- no one on site. Checkin is with the person in the cafe level 10 but that was hard to figure out. Had no idea what time the pool was open and the little cafe has odd hours for breakfast. But they do an excellent job, delicious. "

" when We only asked where we should go to...
