"This meant to be a 5 stars hotel but in fact its 3 stats. We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. Staff were not welling to change the room and kept saying that they are fully booked. We have 6months old baby who was crying because of the heat un able to eat or sleep. We end up thinking of calling the police as this was unsafe for our baby and the staff didn’t want to help. Then the...

"The hotel has nice gardens the pool is nice but needs cleaning and the umbrellas were too small. The rooms were spacious and cozy but need updating are Cupboard was broken couldn’t open it no in room safe there was a safe at reception no tea or coffee in the room beds were ok shower was great! Nice hotel enjoyed are stay just needs updating. Good location would stay again. "

"What a terrible shame to have a beautiful location yet such a terrible hotel. First impressions are really good because you arrive at this beautiful location with gorgeous views of the sea. The hotel reception guys were really pleasant and helpful and couldn't have been nicer. But then once you start to look around at how dirty and shabby everything is you realize that perhaps this wasn't the best choice of hotel.
