"BE AWARE… THIS HOTEL IS THE BIGGEST SCAM. Poor service.. They will refuse to serve you any shots of alcohol, or any drink of your choice. They will only serve you with there set menu of mixed drinks. They have one buffet restaurant that only serves food on set hours. This hotel is a FAKE all inclusive hotel. I booked 3 nights, and I checked-out literally after 45 minutes. I spoke to the front desk manager and he said that they will refund me my 3 nights money, or worse case they will charge me...

"Great hotel for kids- heated swimming pool, amazing water park, lots if kids club activities and a theme park! Amazing rooms- so spacious! But very disrespectful holiday makers- making noises late at night and bad quality loud/arrogant Russian and German Turks! Food could have been improved too- didn’t taste much and wasn’t fresh/hot.
