"Fanatiskt utsikt om man hamnar i rätt lägenhet. Bra pool. Fin och stora lägenheter. Nära supermarket. 20 lira med buss till bodrum center som tar ca 15 min. Servicen var inte det bästa, fick påminna dem 3-4 gånger för att få lägenheten städat (städning görs på begäran)"

"Beautiful grounds. The spa didn’t have its hot tub or indoor pool open. I guessed that was because it was slow season. The staff offering hammam and massage did an exceptional job. We had both done on separate days. The only problem that occurred was that a customer walked in on my wife in the middle of her treatment (& she was nude too!) as he was looking for a staff member to make an appointment. I recommend the staff have a sign made to alert guests that the masseuse is working with another...

"Beach front property on the beautiful Aegean Sea but no sea front units. Most units facing sidewalk. All inclusive with typical Turkish cuisine which was very good , staff barely speaks any English, very difficult communication unless you can speak Turkish , otherwise staff very friendly and tries to be helpful as much as possible. Some speak very basic Russian , occasionally some German . I was told most experienced English speaking staff left for other jobs during Pandemic, staff consists...

"The employee at the reception named ayhan I believe was a very rude, unprofessional person. Check-in was a terrible experience, but every other employees work there was super friendly. Also food is terrible, if they want to save cost, they shouldn't try to add variety, serving old wafers will not add any value to property. Special thanks to housekeeping tho. Room was very clean everyday "

"Jasmin Beach Resort was a wonderful hotel to rest and rejuvenate at! The food varies day from day which was nice. Close to town that you could either walk (but that hill can be a lot!) or catch a shuttle too. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They treated us very well and, when needing to confirm the booking, they even got us a better room. Truly a great experience and would easily go again! "

"I booked a family suite which include 2 bedrooms( one with a double bed plus a single bed and the other bedroom with a twin bed) in that hotel for 9 days. I contacted the hotel and asked the to set up the twin beds as a double bed as my partner and I wanted to stay there but when we got to the hotel the twin beds haven’t been set up and still were separated! "Hotel was under the new management and construction was still going on. When it is done it will be a top 5 start hotel to go to in Bitez next to the beach. Unfortunately lots of things were happening, we did not want to waste our 4 days stay dealing with those areas. However we will definitely go there coming years. "
