"We stayed in a room with an extended balcony and had a gorgeous view of the city skyline. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. A full breakfast buffet was available each morning. We were a short walk from excellent restaurant away from the more touristy areas."

"Good location. Daytime desk person, Tony, was very helpful. We had a nice view of the city. On the downside, we had no WIFI in our room for three days before it was fixed. Some of the carpeting could use a good cleaning or replacement."

"We were looking for a quiet place to sleep within reasonable walking distance of Siena where we could prepare our own meals for a few days in between other adventures. The apartment was perfect, the staff were helpful and we were an easy stroll to a Coop where we could get our own food. The walk to town is about 15 minutes but pleasant and easy when you use the escalator from the train station. "Staff were wonderful. Offering to store our luggage if the room wasn’t ready early, and then letting us check in early. Since we had to miss breakfast the next day to leave for the airport, they prepared a massive plate of local breakfast treats and juice for us to enjoy in our room. "
