"Location location location, just across from the promenade Great breakfast, and very friendly breakfast personnel!! Great 5th floor room with balcony and a view. No fridge in room. We had a few hiccups At check in, but a very nice new girl really tried to make it up To us! Thank you! "

" This B&b was a one night stay for me , it was a good stay .especially for a late night check in , the man at the desk was very friendly when arrived. it suited me well , as I needed to stay close to airport . For a late night arrival flight . This b&b stay is Only a short distance from the airport ,easy to get to from airport . "

"The room was clean and nice colour scheme bathroom modern and clean. Shower was good. Polite reception. Couldn't work heating/airconditioning but wasn't issue.Near station and and main shopping area. "

"great location if you need to be near the airport, and if you want to go down to the historic district "Old Nice" or the beach you are maybe 15-25 minutes. The room here was fantastic, clean and very nice. Excellent, friendly service. "

"The Hotel and General Suff were great. However, for the coock to demand "extra" money because i asked for "Sunnyside" eggs as opposed to the scrambled one is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE". I travel around the world more tomes that i can remember including living in Hong Kong for years, AND NOT ONCE I WAS AMBARRASED AS I DID, in addition to the smurks and chuckles by the ignorent server, SHAME ON THEM!!!"

"It’s very nice hotel. Room was small but was clean. Location was close to the train station. Just walking up the hill. Finding the location was difficult. "

"The hotel was spotlessly clean and in a perfect location near Garibaldi Place and the old town. It was also near the tram and bus stop which was ideal for exploring Nice and the surrounding area. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and polite and made us feel really welcome. Our room was cleaned every day. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. This hotel deserves at least 4*!"
