"We stay here frequently... this is a great location close to Burnham Park and the Orchidarium. The Premier double room has a wonderful city view. I accidentally booked our room for the wrong date, but the front desk kindly fixed the error. My only real complaint is that you cannot use a debit or credit card at the front desk; those transactions must be paid online."

"Older hotel but clean …staff was helpful…only thing I wish I had was air con on the 3rd floor , it was hot being in attic …also no elevator so if your elderly or physically disabled it will be difficult…….breakfast was ok but nothing above the norm.."
