"Overall, it was a good experience. The bed was comfortable, the A/C ran consistently without issue, and the room was very clean. My wife and I utilized their laundry service, which wasn’t as quick as we would’ve liked. We gave them our dirty laundry at around 9pm the night we arrived, and received it back at around 5pm the next day, despite the laundry instruction sheet stating that it would be returned to us by noon the next day. "The Property is fairly well maintained. The room was clean and the food was good in the mornings. The staff went above and beyond my expectations and were easily available. They we're able to book all of my outings directly from the hotel. Therefore, save yourself some money and time and let the hotel do all your bookings and transportation needs. Trikes were only a hundred pesos back and forth to town and were easily accessible. I would recommend this resort, but be very specific on the room...

"It was indeed a great stay! All the staff are very friendly and so accommodating. Special mention to Ate Joy and the other front desk Ate (I can't remember her name) Kuya (the night shift duty all around the staff. They were all helpful in assisting me to use the facility for working at night in the lobby area. Looking forward to staying at Novies but this time with my family. Novies is a safe, clean place, with easy access to almost everything. Thank you for a great stay!"

"I booked room one, a family room, as it was the last room available at the time. I didn’t need the additional space but it was worth the additional cost for the view. There was seating and two sun beds on the deck overlooking the bay. Unrestricted water views. The hotel isn’t new, but gets five stars for the view and the excellent food. "

"We would not recommend this hotel. The rooms were dirty and window blinds were falling off the windows. Towels were not in the bathroom or room when we arrived. We had three done villa rooms for our party. One room had a missing window that had a piece of card board taped over the hole with masking tape.
