"I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in an ocean front view room. Pros: -location -views -cleanliness -has netflix (living room area only) -basic kitchen tools for cooking/eating. -rooftop patio (very nice to hang out, watch the sunset and do bbq). Cons: -no A/C, so summer time you might not enjoy it. Although it has a ceiling fan in the bedroom, mine was a little noisy. -not soundproof, you can hear footsteps from the suite above and the noise outside the building. -if you like hot showers like...

Unit was spacious and well equipped. Fast internet. One of the windows however couldn't be fully closed. Not a big deal because the AC unit was strong enough to keep out the heat."

"I think the communication with this property and Sam was really really good! They gave us all the information we needed in clear and concise instructions. We were able to access the property with no problem and enjoyed our stay. The property is located near a lot of things so getting to grocery stores to fill the refrigerator and sightseeing Etc was a breeze. Few minor things like the dish soap was relatively watery so it was hard to wash dishes or you had to use more in order to wash dishes....

"The location was fabulous so close to the beach, which meant that we had a simple three minute walk to the amazing oceanfront and we enjoyed swimming in the ocean each morning and each evening. That was refreshing exercise and sheer bliss! We liked the outside table where we enjoyed breakfast and some meals.
