"Fabulous hotel close to all proximities. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and famous sites. Cathedral Santa Maria is a 1 min walk, train station 5-7 min walk. All other sites are walking distance - I didn’t have to use a taxi once. The hotel staff is exceptional and making sure your stay is enjoyable."

"The location is amazing, just couple minutes walk to Accademia Gallery, Botanical Garden, main squares (Piazzale), and other attractions. We booked two rooms for us and our two daughters. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Cafes and restaurants are steps away from the hotel. Staff is lovely and goes out of their way to make your visit extraordinary. A heartfelt thank you to Daisa. "The staff were very attentive and friendly. They always were able to help us with directions if needed. The hotel is lovely, a mixture of old and new. I especially enjoyed the patio in the mornings. It is near many restaurants, the main train station, the main market, several churches. Next door is a salon where I had a wonderful relaxing manicure for 16 Euros. It is across from a piazza that had a market on Saturday morning as we were leaving the city."

"This property is kind of a hidden gem. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is really amazing: everyone in the team is really committed to a great customer service. I confess that the concierge being on the 3rd floor was a bit complicated. However the staff and comfort of the property made a difference; and basically you forget this little inconvenience. "
