"The staff was very kind the check in was quick , the room was clean but very cold at night since they did stop the heating system. it was very easy to walk everywhere, lot of restaurants around and 5 minutes walk from the train station."

"This is a special property. The balcony is literally right above the Piazza della Signoria and looks directly at the David reproduction and the Palazzo Vecchio. The second floor property is above a pizzeria restaurant, and is on the square so there is some noise at night, but I was able to get to sleep even with the windows open. "It's at the heart of the city with clean rooms and facilities. The only thing that bothered me were the loud music from the Hardrock cafe during the early evening time. Other than that the hotel was amazing."

"The staff were great, let us check in early and even helped us find another place to book after we left. It is a bit hard to find, but should not be a deterrent. Just buzz the button that has the name and walk up the stairs until you get to the door with the name on it. Great place, good location too. Very helpful staff. And breakfast in the morning."

Excellent location on a nice quiet street to walk to everything in the city center, including the main sites, museums, restaurants, etc. Rami and Tamera were outstanding "hosts" and went out of their way to make my stay perfect, as I'm sure they do for every guest.
