"The 2 bedroom apartment was really big so the whole family of 5 had plenty of space. The location was excellent and made getting around the city so easy either walking or using the trams. Considering how close you were to the city it was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"very old property. Was very dissapointed and no very pleasant experience. Need old kettle, not that good teas. shower gel/body bath stunk. Couldn't use for shower or wash hands. Had to purchase my own since the hotel could not provide any other soap or gel. The premises need a big upgrade for sure. ..."
