Everything was clean and easy to get around. We did not have breakfast there but dinner was great. I recommend this hotel.

At a very convenient location, walkable to train stations and connecting stations and big shopping malls. Amazing breakfast spread and hot tea throughout the day. Safe and clean as well.

Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka - Namba
Friendly and helpful staff. Room is small but clean same with washroom. I would love if there are hooks to hang bags and other stuff as there are no closets. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
