The location of this hotel is right in the middle of one of the most chaotic parts of Tokyo. Great for food, drinks and nightlife. Not good for cautious travellers. I didn't find the pillows or mattress to be at all comfortable. There is a pillow menu to change pillows, but I didn't read this until the last night unfortunately.

The staff were so unfriendly. Did not have greetings when we arrived. The hallway to the room smelled smoke although it’s non-smoking rooms and with a sign of it. We were not greeted with what amenities are available for us including airport transfers. I found the carpet in the rooms dirty and outdated.
