"Catering staff were not well trained we had to wait over an hour for a toasted sandwich in their cafe, house has hit and miss with no bath at had to ask reception. Other guests in our group only had one cup in the room etc"

"Was only here for a night, but the location was good and it had every we needed for that time. They had DVD's in the lobby I assume you could borrow, but no DVD players in the rooms.
