The room was clean, the staff were extremely helpful, the breakfast was great and the location was ideal.

Room was spotless everyday. They actually make up the bed and place fresh towels everyday. Fresh flowers are also in the room.

This is a small hotel of only 13 rooms. Our hotel room though a superior room was old and tired. The hotel though is well located for old town Hanoi. Breakfast was in a different hotel around the corner but had a good choice of food. The staff, particularly Ms Angela (whose English is impeccable), were great.

Very pleasant and clean hotel in a convent location

Wonderful stay at Diamond suites Westlake. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable with a nice partial view of the lake from the patio. The whole place felt very secure and quiet. There was even a washing machine and they provided detergent! Golf chipping green, pickleball, pool all on-site, and many other amenities had me wanting to find out how I could live there full-time. Staff were courteous, polite and helpful, we had a late arrival and the check in process was quick and easy. The breakfast was fantastic, eggs made to order, chicken or beef pho, fruit and many other items to satisfy any appetite. Would definitely stay again, even if it is a bit far from the action, grab rides were very inexpensive to get to where you want to go. Highly satisfied with our stay.
