A very large complex, all the staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was satisfactory, although a bit tired looking.

Firstly, the staff, particularly those at the buffet restaurant, are truly exceptional. Secondly, the entire establishment is simply breathtaking, and it is conveniently located near the heart of Boracay. If you are seeking a resort that offers both privacy and a family-friendly atmosphere, Fairways and Bluewater Boracay would be an ideal choice for your vacation.

Staff was wonderful. Some negative points: there are multiple pools on the property, each with kiddie pools but they still allow children to scream and splash guests at the adult pool bar. Breakfast buffet is packed with people and children everyday so the food is prepared en mass so it’s very generic tasting. Best to choose a room package that does not include breakfast and find one of the many breakfast restaurants located close by. Don’t know if this is typical in all rooms but the hot water only lasts about 10 minutes then turns cold. The pool bar service and speed is atrocious and the room service food arrived cold. As well there are very few vegetation options. Most of the service issues are due to the sheer size of the resort and the amount of guests there always. If you prefer a more personal, attentive experience would recommend Mandarin Island a few doors down.
