We had a lovely stay at Graceland Resort. Our room was fantastic as we had pool access and would definitely book this again Our room was also wonderfully clean thanks to our amazing housekeeper Arisa. She greeted us with a warm and friendly hello and smile each and every day, and when we saw her in-between. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful and are what made our stay great. Some areas of the hotel could do with some maintenance including new fitness bikes in the gym as they didn't work as they should. The gym provided a great range of equipment which enabled us to keep up our gym regime while away. The main restaurant was being refurbished while we were there so we had our daily breakfast at the front restaurant which was superb as we could see the ocean while having breakfast. This was one of the best parts of our stay. The hotel location is superb as it's just across from the beach and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Bangla. A special thank you for my birthday wishes and cake which was an unexpected surprise.

The staff was so nice and the breakfast was good.

This hotel was adequate. They advertise a “shuttle bus” to and from Changi Airport; however when I tried to book the shuttle bus it was “fully booked” with no alternate service available, so I was forced to book a taxi instead at my own expense. The hotel should not advertise a service that it cannot deliver.

The staff are amazing, such lovely, helpful, geniune people. They are the stars of the show. We loved the pool area towards the back, it was so relaxing and the vegetation provided lovely natural protection from the sun. The rooms were really spacious which we loved and the beds were excellent, so comfortable. The interior is slightly dated and we could of done with a few more utensils / plates in the kitchen. The breakfast was perfect and the added bonus of afternoon tea was a special treat. The location is great, lots of shops and a short walk to the beach. We also met our great driver Surya (Tom) who took us on a great half day trip to Uluwatu, Nusa Dua and Pedang Pedang beach. Highly rated, his patience in traffic was inspirational. Highly recommend The Haven and would definitely stay there again.
