Staff our very friendly it’s just really hard to understand their language but it’s fine they’re nice anyway. As we arrived early so we need to pay 300NTD per hour that I really don’t like too. But food for breakfast is awesome

Excellent stay for a base near the HSR and the airport. Large rooms, a stone throw from the Gloria Premium Outlets and easy access to the HSR metro and train station. Connected walkway to the HSR metro provided it’s within the operating hours of the outlet and the connected mall - opens 11am till late.
They have a shuttle service from the HSR but it’s not well advertised. Would have been useful if it was communicated or written in the details of the booking.
Quiet and convenient. Food court and restaurants in connected mall and of course retail and F&B outlets in the Premium Outlets.

Nice property and very clean. Next to mall and walking distance to a night market. Very good breakfast selections. Several minutes ride to the airport.

The actual rooms were very clean and nice. Needs more signage to where the actual hotel is. Only access to hotel is a run down elevator with no signs that hotel is on the 6th and 7th floor. Can use a good carpet cleaning in the hallways but other than that, a very pleasant stay
