There was only a table in the room, with no sofa or chairs provided. There was also mould along the edges of the bathtub area. I even spotted a baby cockroach on the wall while waiting for the lift. Overall, the condition and cleanliness of the property were not as good as they used to be.

Quick check in and check out. Friendly staff. Very good location if you travel by train or tour group from main train station. Rooms small but clean. Deco and vibe of the hotel were more local and seemed dated. Breakfast had international options but clear highlights were the local / Asian options. If you have no or little exposure to Asia, opt for a different accommodation
