I loved this hotel; we stayed there for five days and were sad to leave. Wi-Fi works really well. The staff are courteous. The environment is clean and comfortable. It is also accessible by bus and within a short distance from the MRT. Bring warm sleeping clothes because the rooms are very cold ❄️. Management told us the air temperature was unadjustable (even though there is a thermostat in the room), but they provided a portable heater which helped warm the room—no other complaints. Staff can also speak some English, which was a huge plus.

Clean, modern small room. It would have been nearly PERFECT if it had a window. The Expedia listing DID NOT MENTION that there was no window in the room (or most rooms in this hotel)! Expedia REALLY should mention this -- having a window is an important feature, and I've had this problem before in another country.
If there's no window, it would be nice to have one of the lamps that simulates the light from the sun rising. They're not very expensive.
It would also be nice to have a better place to set luggage and maybe some drawers.
Staff was very friendly and efficient. Housekeeping was excellent except that snacks were left on some days but not others.
Location is fabulous ... Just a few minutes walk to MRT and Red House.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind not having a window.
