Our shower didn’t have hot water took ep min to get warm sat night someone brought their dog left it in the room and it cried all night …I didn’t know dogs were allowed …I’ve stayed here before and I can say I will not book again very disappointed

The room is always clean. It’s very spacious. The rooms have great views no matter which side you are on. All staff are helpful and kind. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. There are a lot of dining and shops. The gondolas are a great feature.
