Amazing staff. Everything was spotless. We had a swim out room in the lazy river and loved everything about it. This was our first time to this resort and we are planning on going back next year

Our room was very clean. We had a suite. Unexpectedly, the suite was large. We had a sleeping area ( bed, night stands, closet), then there was a step down living room/sitting area. Quite nice. This was the original Excellence, so it is a bit dated. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am allergic to gluten, so there were limited options, especially desserts. The chef in the Excellence Club was outstanding and made GF French toast for me every morning. The spa was gorgeous.
